 Opening a Bank Account in Singapore

Hi all,

I really need someone to help. Im planning to keep/save SGD.. but recently i open isavvy account from MBB. But officer just informed me, that application has been rejected, due to strict policies recently.

Anyone know, if any bank offered the services. I mean, opening SG account without working in SG.

Please advice
