Hi all bro and sis,

I just open an Maybank iSavvy account in Singapore. Now I want to transfer some money from my Malaysia Maybank account to iSavvy account in Singpore for investment purpose.

Questions:
1. Is there any daily transfer limit from my Maybank Malaysia to Maybank Singapore?
2. I realize that there're 2 way which I can transfer from Maybank Malaysia to Singapore: Foreign Telegraphic Transfer & Maybank Money Express. Is there any transfer limit for both and do they share the same transfer limit?
3. Anything would happen if I exceeded the daily limit?

Thanks!

1 & 2. TT = RM30k/day via M2U, Money Express = RM10k
Counter = Unlimited
3. Cannot transfer anymore la. Have to go to counter and transfer.

This applies for all types of TT not just to SG.

Thanks bro for your reply. I tried to transfer some money from my Maybank MY account to Maybank SG using Money Express. However, from the drop down menu, I can't seems to find Singapore as option(They have Indonesia, Myanmar etc. instead).

Is it normal?

Thanks.

Hi bro again,

I try to transfer using TT from Maybank MY to Maybank SG. I try to transfer more than 10K MYR and it went on and say it exceeded daily limit. Daily limit apparently is only 10K MYR. I choose to credit to my saving account(Not sure if this is the reason I have to 10K MYR limit).

Do I miss anything?
