Once open Maybank sgd, use sunway money to transfer myr, and then use IBKR deposit sgd function?

trying to apply for MBB SG https://www.maybank2u.com.sg/en/personal/cr...casa/index.page , but i was rerouted to MBB MY, and then log in, it says it doesn't exist.

anyways to confirm if process below to fund IBKR
a) open mbb
b) then duitnow MBB MY-> MBB SG
c) then use MBB SG to fund IBKR

for rewithdrawal comparison MBB and WISE, can i say there's not much difference? as IBKR offers 1time free withdrawal for any options?

so basically i'm just saving when funding to IBKR only using MBB SG (comparing to wise)

ya same, got it setup juz now within 5 hours. talking bout efficiency. tried to enable duitnow (malaysia) in Paynow, -OK, managed to tinker on it, done)

so i was comparing sunway money SGD rates, it seems to be marked up around 0.36% from XE's rate. wise is charging around 0.57% , so can i say i'm saving around 0.21%?

yeah, just did 2nd transfer today and managed to 'catch' Sunway's forex offer @ 10am, works out to be just +0.08% compared to XE's spot.

i tried slight over 10am, prolly 3-4mins later. still able to get it
free nasi lemak for lunch today ..
