Hello guys! Just wanted to ask anyone who opened an Ar-Rihla Savings account in Maybank Singapore, did you all manage to download eStatement? It's been more than 1 month since I opened the account, so I believe Maybank Singapore should have a savings statement out.

But instead, I didn't receive any eStatement, and when go to Settings, it says "Your account is not eligible for eStatement" So I'm confused, does Ar-Rihla Savings account there's no eStatement services? confused.gif

Thank you @TOS @Medufsaid. Looks like I have no choice but to stick with CIMB SG first. Needed a bank statement for my Webull SG / Moomoo SG to withdraw money out from the brokerage unsure.gif

Btw, I was digging some earlier post at this discussion, and found that we can open OCBC singapore too.

After opening OCBC Statement Savings Account, then we can use that as reference account to open DBS bank right? Saw from this post also https://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopi...ost&p=109764512

Hi sifu-sifu sekalian

I’m having trouble making a DuitNow overseas transfer to myself, from Maybank Malaysia to Maybank Singapore with my registered mobile number.

I tried using both the Maybank2u website and the MAE app, but both attempts failed. The Maybank2u website gives an "Invalid Data" error, and the MAE app says, "Transfer failed" with instructions to visit the branch.

Has anyone encountered this issue before? If so, how did you resolve it?

Screenshots are attached for reference:

Seem not yet able to use, so I can't do CIMB MY to MBB sg
