There's only one bank in sg which accept Malaysian without sg address or if you are not working/studying sg.

Cost to maintain account varies from SGD3000-SGD0.00

But you need to be physically there to open account. No online opening account.

That's bank is DBS. But you need to open their DBS Vickers account. After that see what account they opened for you.

If it's a DBS multiplier you need to maintain sgd3k for 6 months.
If it's a DBS My account it cost sgd0.00 to maintain account.

If you get a DBS multiplier account, you can switch to DBS My account after 6 months via online.

I tried couple weeks ago when the border opened at Jurong Branch but failed to get my DBS Acc opened. Vickers oso not possible.  Only possible to open their Wealth Acc with min. SG300K maintained, otherwise will have bank changes and if you thinking of closing your ordinary savings acc after ur Wealth Acc opened, tat wont work too, all Acc will be linked and if Wealth Acc closed, semua closed

Pls share ur experience if u managed to open ya. Maybe u have better luck. But my impression is they are getting more strict as my fren who oledi have Sg OCBC Acc applied for a Debit Card and CS asked for his work permit pulak

Sorry I dont see any FAQ on 1st page ... are malaysians on tourist visa allowed to open Singapore savings account ? Which bank can ?
