May I open sg bank account without work permit and non resident now ? maybank isavvy and dbs vicker or other ?

I just said that I can sg , not right now, I need to work and prepare holiday go sg , so I ask here first before I go there , maybe need to prepare anything as I don't know cause I new here and ask something information about this
