Hi, I wanted to open CIMB SG account for IBKR usage, for the initial S$1000 deposit, i wonder is it still workable to transfer like S$50 from Malaysia Bank account to CIMB SG while remaining using S$950 from Wise? just to save a little from using the Fx rate.

For those who're using CIMB SG,
Did you guys have an issue where the Digital Token suddenly not working? I tried to perform "Add" a payee yesterday, ended up the Digital Token 2FA Authentication is not there, same goes for unable to transfer the fund to another party cause i can't choose the Digital Token. I did the transaction few weeks back then suddenly now the Digital Token 2FA option is no longer there. I go check if i'm able to change my Digital Token Pin = it shows my account does not have any Digital Account setup.
Edited: I did use the digital token to login before i click the add Payee.


Fast-forward the next day, tired of waiting for them to reply my email. I decided to give it a try on another phone. It setup successfully, i received the SMS informing me that as well. go to the website, Logged in using the Digital Token. go to change limit = same thing happen. the option is not there... Fed up, and called the CS. CS told me please wait 12 hours before and check again.... dang. He unsure why it happen to me but told me is due to i re-set the the digital token this morning.
