here's what the card looks like

When you applied to open CIMB FastSavers Savings Account via CIMB Singapore internet banking website, what additional steps did you perform in order to get CIMB Singapore ATM card?

I did not receive a CIMB Singapore ATM card, so I may have missed out the required steps.

I am interested in only CIMB Singapore ATM card, since the card seems to be issued free of charge, as compared to CIMB Singapore debit card with SGD 10 issuance fee.

Thank you for your information. smile.gif

Thank you for your information.

So, it seems that CIMB Singapore ATM card is given for the applicants of CIMB StarSaver (Savings) Account, not the applicants of CIMB FastSaver Account.

Let's say that my only intention is to keep my money in Fullerton SGD Cash Fund, and I do not intend to perform any stock trading.

For that, will Tiger Brokers and Moomoo Singapore impose any fee, such as platform fee?

Thank you for your clarification.

I am still using CIMB SG hardware token.

As such, it is incorrect to say that all CIMB SG customers are using digital token.

Between Tiger Brokers and Moomoo Singapore, which one is more suitable for me?

I prefer to use a computer, to perform transactions to keep my money in Fullerton SGD Cash Fund, instead of using a smartphone.

Thank you for your clarification.

Will there be hassle with switching device for CIMB SG and Maybank SG?

Hope no need to go branch or ATM to enable usage of app in new device.

I believe that you are asking about changing smartphones, in order to use the mobile banking app for CIMB SG and Maybank SG.

I am not sure about that. However, I respect your choice to use mobile banking app.

Actually, we can still use physical hardware tokens, to approve banking transactions for both CIMB SG and Maybank SG.

CIMB SG and Maybank SG will persuade the customers to use mobile banking apps.

However, we can inform CIMB SG and Maybank SG that we insist on using physical hardware tokens, upon our request.

Recently, upon my request, CIMB SG and Maybank SG sent replacement physical hardware tokens via mail to me, because the battery of my previous physical hardware tokens is running low.

Thus, I am still using physical hardware tokens, to approve banking transactions for both CIMB SG and Maybank SG.

Anyway, it is really up to you, as a banking customer, to choose either mobile banking apps, or physical hardware tokens. Either option is fine.
