Work in Sg previously DBS account holder but it need me to have a minimum balance of $5k otherwise it will deduct me $7 each day. Any suggestion where should I migrate to if possible everything be done online currently I am based in Malaysia.

coolng are you this guy? 👇if different guy, there's a chance MBB MY->MBB SG connection has issue for now. or you can follow the instructions, go to MBB branch to sort it out

at the same time, can you open CIMB sg account? it has no minimum balance required. you already have sg bank acct so opening CIMB sg acct is free

Try to open My Account online with DBS. Then close your existing account online. My Account does not have any minimum balance and no charges whatsoever.

But I am currently not reside in sg I dont think I can open this account with DBS?

Do you have an existing account with DBS? From your previous post i thought you still maintain an account with DBS

I can say its definitely Maybank issue

my experience:
When I try to apply this Maybank SG account, it also show this kind of error. When I ask around here, they all say its all fault at my end. It makes me feel depressed for some time. It make me feel very angry with this country for racism.

Then, after few months, I retry, and miraculously it went through easily

i had this issue last time. ur acconut was created long time ago right?go to a branch, and fill in the personal details and ask them to update in the system. after that, it was successful
