Hi, for Maybank Singapore, do we need to apply to use the FAST transfer?

The etf I will ever buy is arkk and arkw. I won't bother with any etf.
My stocks and your stocks will differ in value cause I buy all the super growth stocks. All not making money but burning money one. Year in year negative profit.

Only do covered call on stocks you want to hold long term. Don't do on stocks which you don't have hodling power as you will panic well. My stock can drop 60% in a month.

Malaysian "A", invest in Malaysia,...investing in Stashaway Msia, buy unit trusts that are mandated out of Malaysia from FSM MY, buying overseas ETFs and etc etc

Malaysian "B", invest by channeling money to (for example) Singapore to invest. (Open bank and investment a/c in Spore). Then invest in Stashaway Spore, buy unit trusts that are not mandated to have Malaysia's stocks in its holdings thru the use of FSM SG, buying ETFs and etc etc

Forget about investing in sg market. You want slow growth, low risk, go buy apple, microsoft, Costco, Lockheed Martin and home depot in us market.

If you die die must buy sg stocks, mapletree commercial trust, mapletree logistics trust, frasers logistics trust, elite commercial trust.

I only did a quick check once after I linked mine - that time it was almost the same (few RM difference) but I've seen many saying that their rate sometimes beat Wise's (SGD ---> MYR), which makes sense also considering that CIMB's targeting Malaysian abroad (in SG).
No annual fees - but if you're going to SG, for your permanent account, maybe Maybank SG will make more sense. Their ATM presence at least is islandwide (vs. CIMB SG with only like 2 or 3 branches )

But for temporary, it's ok since they don't have annual fee or minimum balance. Easy to open also (fully online + can use Wise/BigPay/Fintech to do the initial 1K SGD deposit)

I think it is some sort of internal transfer. You can initiate the transfer under the CIMB Malaysia Transfer option in the menu of the CIMB Clicks SG page.
