it looks like it requires a pincode. If u r using maxis its 0123 or security code 12345

u c d screen properly
there is like a black patch on it
slightly darker than the other part

Can u try this restart your phone? When the Nokia word appear u check whether do u have this? Try change to another type of wallpaper

I just checked mine no black patches at all

anyway got it replaced in nokia ou juz nw
working fine now
