chew, have you taught of hammering khezu? hammering khezu is easy  just get HGE n RA settle.

reckless abandon skill is for combo attack weapon. such as LS & DS. once critical all hit critical. for example. if ur LS start using the gauge. u can see if u unleash all at once( meaning spamming R button ), u will see all ur hit will have shiny red. (only works when ur 1st hit of fury is critical)

finally i made it to hr7, the g rank quest is killing me. So tough the monster. Cant get to kill red khezu, any tips for me?

internet very slow here so will go for solo
i got akantor armor , is it able to hold g* quest at least

kill my first g rank red khezu 
using Ls hidden, rath s armor. Took me 40min to capture it.
Btw, chew.. Ur armor set is owesome but with the khezu helm z , it look ugly.

i tot sharpness is more worth that 10% aff but if it look cooler then shld be ok , haha
so far at hr7 is this the best armor we can get n mix?

shadow of the moon ls = 1152 raw

at 80% affinity it would mean you would get a total of .8 x .25 = 20% bonus damage giving you 1382 raw damage

might as well get tigrex ls = 1392 raw

better yet get blango ls = 1536 raw but needs sharpness +1

imo naruga weapons are really overrated. just coz of it's purple sharpness and 50% affinity many people forget that it the purple sharpness turns white very quickly. not only that there are many other weapons that are much better.

to utilize naruga weapons properly people would need sharpsword skill.

imo insect weapons are superior. insect weapons usually have
1. more slots (usually 3 slots)
2. purple sharpness without sharpness +1
3. additional stuff like defense/affinity and other stuff
4. nice lengthy purple (if sharpsword is used it feels sharp for a very long time)
5. thanks to the slots n purple sharpness, more armor skill flexibility

drawbacks of such weapons would be
1. lower damage - usually by 100-200 raw BUT if compared to any weapon without using sharpness +1 it's actually on par (mostly)
2. need poison weapons to farm the ingredients and a lot of patience

im not a pro, i spent alot of time dying n restart. Consider myself lucky to rank up everytime. I always rely on Youtube guide since i get killed most of the times.
One good thing about MH is tat whenever we start using a new weapon its like starting a new game. Always wanted to start GL but just seem like lacking of courage.
