Anyone knows the controls for slash axe? It's like a DS but GS version. Not pro in using since its a new weapon.

Can u play monster hunter online using the 'ehem' version? Or is there a way to play it online with the 'ehem'  version? Im currently using cfw but i wanted to play monster hunter online so badly n the person at the store told me that i can only play monster hunter online using the ofw...tell me quick plz

unsheathe attack (triangle when weapon is kept) or jump in (tri + circle),
then whack like crazy for 4-6 hits then roll out

never ever aim the head. aim for the hand (weak point) or tail which is another weakpoint. if difficult just aim the leg, as long as u whack something then u are doing good damage. but dont ever aim the head. if u hit the head by accident, no problem, it happens just dont aim for the head.

btw sns default items give u bombs, abuse the bombs. for a "fast jumpstart" use them. what i normally do is start quest, take items from box, eat meat, then go to 1 map before the barroth, drink hot drink. when i enter the map i will run near barroth and when he notice me i immediately put pitfall trap (the trap that uses net) and place 2 bombs. when he gets trapped just put a small time bomb and roll away. this method can injure barroth early and destroy some of his snow armor.

the method of playing sns actually is similar to gs. gs would be hit and run, sns would be hit few times then run.

try to let barroth attack u first before u attack back. the best time to attack would be after he does his running attack. run behind him n whack his legs (careful of the tail, everytime he does his running attack he will swing his tail one side)

as i said don't bother with attacking the head, so normally ur button spam would be triangle (or triangle+circle) then triangle few times then circle 2 times then roll.

becoz of the launch of psp lan party the software in PS3... its suppose to lan across dif countries... if its diff region can t play wit diff region... the software are kinda pointless

yup from the advert and all, it shows that we can link to diff region players. so if adhoc party can, why not the actual adhoc, its really weird.
