Upgrade it to the max and it should last you till HR6 (Guild) so that you can go for the higher rank Ceanataur (U or S) armours.

My path when I played back then was : Yian Kut Ku -> Ceanataur -> Ceanataur U and S (Swap here n there) or Tigrex (for Earplugs) -> Terra Ceanataur armour etc

Rather than looking at the type of armour, pick the skills that fits you best. But better to get gunner armours later into the game. Use your melee to fund for your range weapons/armours because lower ranks armours with range weapons is really a huge waste of time. (each boss kill can take like 30-50 min when u can kill them in less than 15 min using melee.... )

gundamalpha's suggestions are the best I suppose Lavasioth armour is also good (for bow).

Your question about GS -> i'll wait for the GS experts to answer for that. I'm a Hammer/Bow user.

Monoblos heart is not difficult to get. Probably 10 White monoblos kills should get you one. White monoblos are the easiest Blos to kill for me compared to Black Diablos so I just grind my way through.

It's worth while for the hunt coz the armour will last you a long time.

Or, play with high HR ppl and ask them to uprank you so that u can start hunting for better EQ faster. Exsea and I helped a fren to uprank from 1->9 in 7 hours.

Wah.. there's seriously tons of armours/weapons to go for... Good luck then I can imaging your playtime when you are done.. lol

Can i join too? Lol.. Weekdays after 8pm should be okay for me as well. It's been damn long since I last played.

We don't need to communicate, just move around n do as you wish if you need to. Add each other on MSN also is a good option.

If you don't mind, we can help you uprank so you can hunt for items easier. HR2 is pretty low and you can't really get any useful items. At least get yourself to HR6 and go from there (Farms can be upgraded) and HR6 usually is the first threshold to hunt for equipments/weapons. I have tons of sets at HR6

Online and offline (in Guild hall, unless your offline would be referring to elder quest?) are the same, no difference. Just that some custom maps (download maps) are quite difficult and it's meant for a team of 4 rather than solo.

we are playing the latest, Freedom Unite (Some US some EUR version).

U can migrate from 1 to 2, 2 to Unite. So if you are really that crazy, you can start playing from 1, then port over to 2, then from 2 to Unite if not mistaken, do take note not everything will be ported over though..

There's not much story actually, it's all about hunting monsters lol.. You can start directly with Unite so you can join us when there's gathering or online sessions

LOL.. then every mission we do is considered a story already.. Read the description is pretty interesting too.. I can't stop laughing everytime I read them..

I'd suggest just play Unite better and by the time you are finish with the game (Provided you are not a really crazy hardcore gamer that plays 12 hours a day ) it should last you till Freedom 3 to launch.. hehehe..

Correcto. You will see the broken nose, bones, wings, neck, butt, leg, arms (I know I know those are not even possible ) carried over.
