Hi,

I am interested in one of the unit at Prisma Perdana. Any comment on that area or that apartment itself? From what I can see, there are a few other apartments/condos there. Will that place be over crowded? Any input is much appreciated.

opt for prima midah heights for own stay.
although its about 330k+, but the size is much larger than normal condo, the environment there also much better.

midah there is crowded, i used to stay at prima midah heights, it is my sister's house, every nite i park outside and have to walk so damn far then only can get house and the overall environment there is so so only due to high density and a mixture of low and mid income group.

i would suggest to look at Awana Puri Condo @ Taman Mutiara Barat, its just 5 mins drive away from midah, here is better, range from 200k to 250k depends on the size and floor. got some unit facing little hill, got some facing KL, the environment here is much lower density, only 3 blocks in total, each with abt 15 floor, each floor has 8 units only. good for own stay and its a quiet and peaceful place here.

do drop by and have a look, take lift to high floor to check out the views and windy.
