I wouldsay 4mbps is BULLSHIT! So called got a 4meg 2nd lvl team. 10 times of my got transferred there, only once I manage to get through!So called 12 they will close. How com every time 10pm also nobody answer? Are they that busy?
I'm soooo pist now. They are supposed to call me regarding my current problem. Until now I hear nothing!

What happen to me was frequent disconnection!
Worst still 1 or 2 months ago, my internet was down first. Folowed by phone line! Can't even call in or out!

Fine. After many days w/o phone line & internet. They gt technicia to repair.

NOW THAT HAPPEN AGAIN! This time even worse! I have asignments to be done before my mid term! Without internet I can't even do my assignment. Hav to waste time t out for slow internet! Call them twice. Then call them 3rd time, they say give the 4meg team time to call me. But I hear NOTHING! No call. Such inefficient people! What bullshit is this? Paying more but get f***ing service! 2 days without internet! Last time a whole week! Occasionally also slow like hell..

Is any1 here facing this problem?
I'm seriously pist with Streamyx. Making me going outside for internet! WTF!

That'll allow them to give an excuse and prolong your wait till another 6 months time of wait hoping for things to improve.

Don't like the service?

2 options:

1) Downgrade your line to something slower and pay less.

2) Terminate the service and pay an early termination penalty of RM350.

You can't do anything much and this will be the explanation by TM to MCMC when you make your complains.Been there done that.
It's pretty much a "take it or leave it" indirect message to you.Just like telling you: "Well this is the best we can do for the time until we get more bandwidth to satisfy your needs. In the meantime you can wait then by all means wait, else end the service agreement and pay the penalty for early termination since you signed it from start.

There's no such thing as "service satisfaction guarantee" anymore in this country.They're slowly doing it all away gradually as we speak.
For what we know, Tesco, P1, TM, Maxis as well as DiGi have all started quietly to clean up those "satisfaction guarantee" grace period in their agreements. No refunds policy.

at my area they take about half year to upgrade it
