joining 4Mbps club..
last week upgrade 1Mb SOHO to Office in a box 4Mbps...

but now...facing this problem -> CAP

normally, after registration/upgrade to 4Mbps streamyx... installer will come to your house do some setting + test
then after that any problem must refer to installer within 14days (warranty under installer)

after 14days, any problem call 100

but if you lost installer contact number, call 100, they have installer contact number in their system.

24hrs...
after 24hrs try do some speedtest to local 1st...
if speed still no update, try reboot modem...if still same...
call 100.

my bad experiences...
after 24hrs my 4Mbps streamyx still not update (port alreadt open to 4096kbps)..
installer came to my place doing some test...bla..bla... test with other 4Mbps streamyx account = OK, test with my account = failed get 4Mbps
after do some report, and waiting about 2week to make sure my 4Mbps streamyx OK.

(doing upgrade from 1Mbps -> 4Mbps, if new 4Mbps registration should be no problem)

streamyx ADSL max upload speed on whatever package = 512kb only
so your last 1Mbps package WITH current 4Mbps package have same upload speed = 512kbps

unless upgrade to streamyx SDSL or go to Unifi

to get 2/4Mbps, TM need to upgrade "TM cabinet" at your friend location to support ADSL2+ DSL

from your modem screenshoots, if refer to Down/Upstream SNR Margin, it's OK & can support 4Mbps package, because my modem SNR Margin for Down/Up is about 33/25 and currently i'm using 4Mbps package without any disconnection/speed problem.

BUT if refer to your ADSL Mode = G.DMT = don't support 4Mbps line. TM need upgrade to ADSL2+, if you saw at modem status Mode = ADSL2+, you can register streamyx 4Mbps.
BUT for double check, just call 100 @ ask at TMPoint counter.

1.easy way - call 100
2.or go nearer TM point, ask at the counter, they will check your current streamyx phone number
3.easy if you know "how to" - enter modem management, check modem DSL status @ DSL statistics, if your find your DSL mode = ADSL2+, YES your area coverage with 4Mbps package

dunno, cause from your screenshoots I dont see ADSL status G.DMT or ADSL2+ or else

no...not 70% but 80%
80% = 3.2Mbps, lower than that call 100
1st they try anything remotely - then open report - technician check at cabinet - lastly come to your premis doing test with their modem & laptop
