i've already called TM100 i asked them whether the FTP links for capped or not.. they said no... but when i download it.. the speed below 200kb/s

i call the TM100 no point calling my installer or technician... they say they will fixed.. few day waiting also wont fixed.. lazy.. str8 call TM100
