I just terminate for upgrade one of my 4 Mbps packages at home due to upgrade to Biz5 Unifi . It would take them 14 working days for it to be terminated and they will issue refund on the final billing date. Not much different speed then my 4 Mbps only the upload speed is faster download is around the same if you got capped at 5 Mbps . Only i can max out till 700 kB/sec

Still got another 4 Mbps working in the house as backup line

I am now on 512kbps and would like to upgrade to 4mbps.

How will I know if my line can handle that?

Do I just call them up to upgrade?

Will technicians need to come to my house?

Do I need to change hardware? Currently, using their Billion modem and a Netgear router.

I would go for Unifi but I don't want to lose my phone number.
*
Need to walk to TM point for 4 Mbps not sure ur area got or not

Yes technician will come :-)

Even though got the 4 Mbps they have to check SNR margin

No changes of hardware

If u go for Unifi that is not 4 Mbps it's different call TM call centre or visit www.unifi.my and u cannot keep ur existing no

Hi.

Normally speedtest clocked at 3.4 mbps.

These past few days at 1.5mbps

No wonder I got ping 300 instead of 225.

Is it just me?
*
I'm having the same issue also but max out with 124.XXX ip range

218.111.* Fakap
175.* Fakap

The problem is I never get any other IP range mentioned above, I do get 218.208 sometimes, but that is like once in a month after reconnecting for like 9,999,999 times?
*
Yeah kindly made report to TM by providing speedtest to Europe

http://www.tm.com.my/ap/contact/Pages/contactus.aspx ( Use Internet Explorer otherwise can't submit )

Produce local speedtest to Penang, KL, Cyberjaya

Produce Speedtest to Europe 5 of them

Attach also pingplotter results that show packet loss

http://www.pingplotter.com/freeware.html

I already send mine if u guys voice out they will repair this asap
