Forgotten, if not mistaken 550+ psf. Consider expensive back then.

KM1 West indeed is one of the best within Bukit Jalil, location vis location. But Berjaya spoilt it. If Bukit Jalil land are owned by other developers, the prices even better.

Even Maintainance fees doesnt match to the quality outcome, below average.

Agreed . It’s expected from berjaya from arena to link2.
Below par. If they give Exsim whole piece of land, can do better job and quality.

Visited this condo last month, really nice environment and spacious, the golf view is superb and the ppl in the community is so nice. The only bad thing is the price of this condo is way too high, 1300sqf almost 800k+, that's ridiculous to me

Now puchong selangor, OKR place also price like this.
This consider cheap for mid high end condo at BJ area.
