I'm still confused about KM1 and KM2, KM1 East and KM1 West. From the photo I've taken, the signboard at the entrance stated "KM1" only. So, where is KM2, or East or West? rclxub.gif

Ok, I've satisfied my own curiosity by checking on Berjaya's website and got the following info. Looks like the 2 blocks opposite The Link shop offices in Bukit Jalil are known as KM1 West. So I suppose there should be another KM1 East somewhere (?).

If this area is consider congested, then the Z-residence, Bukit Kiara, Bukit OUG condo area would be worse ... There will be more than 3k units condo in that area ... KM1 west and east together is less than 800 units maybe ....

wah... if like that hor, same layout or similiar product, then covillea really worth it because density is so much lower compared to KM series.
can covillea pricing be the highest among all of them then??

Just google Berjaya property then enter the website click contact us. They got 2 office . One in time square the other in Bukit jalil show room. Price should be around 500 psf.

I heard frm time square sales ppl.. that they havent start to do full announce mt on this KM1 launch yet. they said normally they will do it aftr few month of the 1st launch, which they did on March

passed by Bukit Jalil today, noticed that KM1 construction is more aggressive than The Treez eventough the latter was launched very much earlier. The Treez constrction site seem very quite.
