no mater wat km1 gonna be a big hit!!! just trust me and have a go if u got the fund!!!
KM 1 value easily raise up when KM2 launch, dun forget u will get KM3 as well

FOR investment POI

With LRT moving in soon, The Link can easily triple the value(since is double now). So start calling the owner and grab the THE LINK as well

Yes.. Value will go up.. but how does rental yeild workout to sustain the ROI..

Wanna resale? buyers nowadays lebih suka buy from developers (free this and that)... even if can make $$ from resale, dun think ROI will be high..

I can be wrong... just my 2 donkey cents notworthy.gif

I think some forummers are working for Berjaya. Simply bullshit.

How much rental can you get ?

The price is already too high for good rental, must as well put in FD.

The property price is overvalued already.

There is a bubble growing.

Savannah < Covillea < KM1 < KM2


By the time KM2 is build , the whole bubble will burst and all investors will cry. laugh.gif Except Berjaya and the agents. whistling.gif

You can't find investors who will buy subsale at such crazy prices, the stamp duty itself will kill you, if not the loan installment.


LRT is not a criteria for crazy prices. Arena Green, Vista Commonwealth are all within walking distance to LRT and they are still priced at 200K++ even after more than 10 years !

Hopefully, there won't be a KM3 because that will be build near the golf club. It is no longer quiet there anymore with so many condos.

quiet ? maybe in 10 years ago when there's still green patch of trees around ... now all flatten for development doh.gif
my friend start stay there begin 2000 .. now want to move out liao ... too crowded liao

Arena Green is selling RM200K+ coz they are small/studio unit, which only 700+ to 800+ sqft, which means RM300psft.

Vista Commonwealth is selling for at least RM300K+.

need to take note that they are very old condo, high density, infact i qualify them as apartment, but still selling in very high price.

each time i call, they will say early march n wait for the email notification...so inefficient lah...

smmore got any ppl pass by the BJ sales office n check out the show unit..??
