Strata Title for Arena Green has been issued already, only 1 consent needed, the agent is not doing his job, or else you must be buying fr the 2nd owner right? the title has not been transferred fr 1st owner to 2nd. If you want to buy a condo in BJ and the Strata title has not been issued yet, then only vis assignment, it require 1 consent only (but if you buy fr Bumi, then 2 applications for the consent is needed).
Two title-transfers only happen in Taman Esplanad fr 2003-2007 when the house is ready in 2004, the developer has not subdivided the master title, at the same time the developer did not allow direct transfer to the 2nd buyer, it really dragged 1 1/2 to 2 yrs for the entire process (Bumi to non-bumi may be 3 yrs)
Yes, only 1 consent needed but the original buyer (1st owner) did not transfer title to his name, the title still under Berjaya. Now the owner wants to need to transfer from Berjaya to him and then only from him to me. Two transfers right?
My lawyer mentioned the no two-title transfer within two years...... anyone ever bought and sold within two years in BJ? Do share experience.

Yes, this is what I meant from the info I get from lawyer. Unfortunately, it seems as unwritten rule....
