rcvd a booklet fom berjaya. from the booklet, km1 design looks rather 'plain'. hope that is outdated script in the booklet. hoping that it's more trendy kinda condo rather than conventional looking stuff.

Berjaya is known for their miserliness and high price. Don't expect as good a design as kiara or treex.

It look abit like like KOI condo in Puchong Jaya .. smile.gif .. The booklet is 2011 issue maybe it is still outdated design ....

If you going there from puchong via Bukit Jalil Highway, when reaching the interchange to TPM or Stadium, take left turn (right turn is to TMP), drive slowly you will see their sales on your left about 100-200 meter from the interchange ...

i thought turn left is going tpm and turn right is going stadium...?
but i roughly know where u meant..
so 13th feb got the sales thing...need to book this calendar...

It some kind of letter that invite you to celebrate the CNY celebrate in BJ. They didnt mention any sales on 13 Feb in the letter ...

I doubt at this price it will receive hot receiption from public. Thinking of investing this unit for rental collection purposes but doubt if the ROI is good enough after minus the costs (maintenance, sinking fund, assessment fees and etc).

i called berjaya... was told that 13-feb is just a new year party for existing purchasers... not the launch...

launch will only happen next month...

don't know true or not but that was what i was told today by berjaya...

I went there today. It seems that KM1 selling at rm 4xx per sq ft. Minimum rm 5xx,000.

I heard it is 2 blocks of 26 storey high shocking.gif , 4 storey of car parks. Each floor has 7 units.

It is considered medium density.

They should be launching soon.

Does anyone think this is a good buy because of competition from Kiara, Max, Z residence ?

depending on the xx in the 4xx, i would think it is a better buy than the larger kiara residence units... mainly due to the neighbourhood...
