With his sentence " slightly over RM 900k after discount " ... means yes, you're correct.

High floor, not surprise the selling price is the highest among all the same size units.

IMHO, not a surprise move for them to increase price since most units had been secured much earlier ( where some opt for Non DIBS and paying progressive interest ) and several other conditions of market price now little upward compare to 2011, as well as waiting only 1 year for VP compare to early buyers who is waiting for 3 years and, buying from developer with discount / S&P savings is almost similar like buying sub-sales but just wait few months longer.
