I have questions for the two of you. Do you guys still under contract for combo package and succesfully change to this new package? Because everyone told me if you still under contract need to pay penalty of rm350 first.

Any agent here can help me apply for this package? Currently using 384 combo package, I want to upgrade to 1mb 1Malaysia package. However I'm still under contract, just subscribe to combo package in february 2010.

Not much information there. I don't want to get tangle into a mess just because I don't know about it. If from agent, at least I can clarify some information with them first.

1. Can I upgrade from combo package to this new jalur lebar package with free netbook although I'm still under contract? There's been conflicting information in this thread.

2. How about if I don't have salary slip. Just a student and I can't apply for unipack though.

3. If I need to change house, will there be a penalty or I just have to pay for relocation fees.

I need to have those 3 questions above to be answer first. Can't simply apply and get into a mess later on. Once you sign up for new contract, you can't simply say you want out just because you don't know about it.

Can the memory be upgraded to 2GB? Or does it solder to the board?
