wtf can find <RM50k house in KL ? they are stupid enuf to come wif this idea . if a person only afford to buy a wooden house at RM50k or below , he got no purchasing power at all. Rm38-Rm100 monthly for his is very significant . and <Rm50k house , where can buy ?
