Checked with TM point. Only those low cost flat (less than 50k flat) allow to apply. They have a lists. If you are staying in condo or landed, pls dont waste your time. This package only for low income people.

My friend lived at 75k medium cost flat in Penang, but not allow to apply.
damn... He ended up still paying rm130 for 2mb combo. what tmnut thinking.... they really don care about their existing customer |
