I applied this application on 11 June 2010, got my phone line installed on 11 July 2010 & the streamyx successfully activated on today 4 August 2010. Now waiting for the HP laptop. They say it will take 14 working days till I get the laptop.
I applied the 1Mb speed package btw.

I guess you gotta do frequent follow up with your local TM Point. I did this on last Monday & got it on Wednesday.
But before this I did called up TM 100 to do complaint.

interested in the 384kbps.. anyway if i have existing streamyx line, shud be faster to apply this package right?
1) how do i prove that my family income <RM5000?
2) now they give HP Mini 110 or 210?
