Looks like AW quality is dropping way lower than it used to be...well, before Dell gets in the way that is...i guess, need to think twice , but still for local laptop, AW is still consider as premium laptop

Well, some problem do need to inform them for them to know what the problem is...and my friend AW M11x also suffers the hinge problem and already contacted Dell a few times regarding this ...Yet no answer yet from Dell because they said got no such problem with the unit and it was caused by the user...so my friend did sent a link to them where various problem of hinge in the Net is revealed...

Also want this problem to be clarified and so my friend will stop bugging me ...
