to clarify, for the warranty purpose, as long as the 1st time(the 1st time u call dell for warranty purpose) u veryfied the name, then the 2nd time u call, when the dell tech supp pick up the phone, they will directly call out the name of the owner of that laptop, then u just say 'Yes". or else just remember the owner name, then warranty u can claim anytime....

well, i'm not so agree, cause most of the Alienware buyer which is loooking for performance. so after 1 year im sure there is new tech coming out, and u sure wanna change it for high end performance. even with 3 years warranty, after 1 years u wanna change d.

is nothing different for upgrading HDD, 10k RPM or 7200RPM, it is still a HDD

1) Alienware have issue with the touch pad with moving vry vry slow(Only m11x dont have this issue), the only way to solve it is delete the touch pad driver and use the original window 7 driver which will improve a lot for the moving speed.
2)ok, since u updated ur bios, after installation, install the nvidia chipset then install ur Alienware Command Center, last but not least Alienware OSD also impostant

3) Dont install the KG900 alienware tactX keyboard, is useless unless ur have that keyboard.
