no its kinda true..US sell htc incredible as a replacement of htc desire because htc desire not available in US

why not?games mayb would need more than 2 fingers...
i duno tap tap revenge or bubblewrap games available in android or not but in tap tap revenge(similar with o2jam), it needs more than 2 fingers to play in iphone
*
They are totally different in terms of physical look and specs! Incredible looks more ugly (to me) but has a higher spec than Desire..... To a layman like me, it's considered as a totally diff modal liao...
Since US dun hv Desire, so HTC gives US a better spec fon call Incredible?! thats very bias of HTC vmad.gif !!! US adi got evo liao... sob....

erm.. if tap tap revenge suppose tobe challenging for 2 fingers oni... if allow so many fingers, isnt that considered cheating?

Thanks man!  thumbup.gif Will be looking forward this weekend.
I noticed that the difference between a normal 3.5mm headphone jack with HTC Desire's jack is that the normal one has a triple-conductor while HTC's is a quad-conductor jack. We can see at the provided HTC earphone there is 4 segments (dunno what it's called) just like Iphone's instead of 3 segments. Anyway will buy an adapter in case I can't find the right headphone for me  smile.gif
*
i think the 4th segment is for either radio or for the controller on ur headset....

hmm.gif .. i am not an expert but i notice that mp3 players' headset have only 3 segments while some phones have 4 segments ... maybe the extra segment is for microphone(voice input)? while other three are for output ...

I think this is because you have either the Mobile Network or Wifi enabled, as well as Background Sync. Disable all 3 will help conserve battery when not in used.
*
yeah... i can turn all these off and the notification wont come back until i turm them on again...
so that doesnt mean that FB is turn off, it could still be running inthe background somewhere...

hehe.. dats my first experience too.. but i guess everyone in the same boat.. so user friendly thingy is just a matter of completing your learning curve over this new device i think.. hehehe.. ...

btw, anyone else who have any solution for the fastest way to search contact do share with us yup.. wink.gif
*
what do you want to do after u search the contact?
if u want to search to make a call, tap the on-screen phone button to search! read the description and try it yourself.....it's extreamly smart! even better than my N73 IMO... long key press on the contact there will pop up extra option for u too... only bad point is u might accidently call the person if u din tap properly (eg. shaky hands)...haha

if you want to edit your contact's profile, use the search button, there is a filter function for the search so that it won't show every other thing...

I m using the ppl widget htc prepared, quite same with the window mobile i think~~
you can search by typing their name or search in group~~
how fast you want?? hmm.gif  hmm.gif
the only thing lack compare to winmo is no speed dial because of no keypad  laugh.gif  laugh.gif , that's all...
but still you can have your favorites numbers on the widget~~
*
got speed dial la... long key press on the contact will have an option for u to set speed-dial on the on-screen keypad... biggrin.gif

Added on June 3, 2010, 11:21 ami notice that at u can call out the on-screen keyboard anytime you like by long key press on the menu button... but since u did not select any text box for it to enter, anything u type will be shown on top of the keyboard and it wont go away until u delete it via the keyboard too... wonder wuts this function for... maybe to let u type a temp keyword while u search ur screen? hmm..

Added on June 3, 2010, 11:23 amwow.. so many tips... someone should compile all this tips jus for LYN's Desirable fellows benefit lor... keke
