Guys can anyone tell me how we can send biz card / contact with sms ?

I m also thinking of getting Desire while waiting for EVO. When EVO come later, give Desire to my wife. She is still using oldy SE.

Agree. Evo is CDMA phone. All our telco are GSM based. It just wont work. Unless there is a GSM version of Evo.
For example,
Motorola Droid = CDMA Version, Motorola Milestone =GSM, which widely available here.

and Evo 4g only exclusive to Sprint.
btw this has been discussed many times before..
i can say there is no point to wait for Evo..just hope HTC will release another similar phone

i believe after u use htc desire for 1 year,u can found a similar evo spec around

in my case, I'll upgrade in 2 years time for specs upgrade.

cheapest is rm50 Value Plan plus rm58 Data Plan per month for 12 months. you get rm10 rebate for 12 months.

pay the phone plus the packge ? total will be arnd RM1499+RM58 ?

today = 1499 for the phone
next 12 months = 50+58 per month, the cheapest possible.

I am pretty sure there will be a EVO for 3G, just like Milestone to Droid. HTC will sure try to milk as much cash as possible from the specs of EVO. Change from 4G/CDMA to 3G GSM will not be difficult. Anyway, this is a Desire thread.... let's forget about EVO.

Just bought the phone tis morning at KLCC ...yes there are still plenty of units available...i am customer no. 79.

However, the service very slow..have to wait for half a hour at the maxis centre...gosh

hi owners, what sort of shield or case are you using for your phone? mind to share some pics.. especially those using invis-shield type.
