In my time, I paid the fees via bank in method through BIMB office.

There is a panduan for "how to make payment" coming with the offer letter.

UKM didn't give us their acc number , but you just have to write that the recipient is UKM ; and cheque is not allowed, only cash. Bank Islam will fill in the account number of UKM for you , so at the moment just fill in as it's shown in the panduan.

Tell your parent to print the forms and signs it before sending them to you.
But you have to give your ID and password to them so that they can access ptptn or email the PDF document.
Did it last year, when my poslaju arrived, only need a couple more things to be confirmed

and oh ya ; anywhere that provides printing of documents in UKM ?

It seems that its stated that the documents sampingan nid to be certified by a head master and so on. but when i go to the school office ; its the penolong HEM who certify for me ; are the documents eligible ?

I think yes. If he has no authority, I believe he won't sign for you. Anyway, you also can certifiy them in ukm later.

But you can't drive out of ukm at night, guards only allow car with sticker to get in.

Anyone knows about JPA PIDN scholarship? Only principal can certified the documents? Not penolong kanan?

For PTPTN borang pengesahan gaji, there are 2 columns, left and right. Left column is for PENJAGA and right column is for PASANGAN PENJAGA. My father got slip gaji but my mother is a homemaker. So I have to fill my father as PENJAGA and my mother as PASANGAN PENJAGA?? Even though my father got slip gaji(no need to use borang pengesahan gaji)?

personally i think is borang pengesahan gaji is for those without payslip or the "payslip cannot exposed to light" (if you don't get wat i mean, click spoiler)

mamak's or if you willing travel far, i think KL is not a prob by around 20minutes+ drive.
KTMB provide train shuttle from KL to IPOH or else the intercity link then. the cheapest alternative beside bus
