Actually there's a fair amount of elder people who plays golf.
There's so many golf clubs here in KL to say the least..

no one cares about the NBA in Malaysia? I do care about the NBA, so does that not make me one? I do not care if Fed or Nadal wins, does that mean that I have the rights to assume that no one cares about the WTA as well? I don't play golf but do I have the right to say that it's boring to those who enjoys watching it?

F1, Button's godlike status? How so this season? If any, I find this season's F1 more exciting and I have loads of friends who would agree with me.

I have friends who enjoys watching the MLB and the NFL because they used to live in the States. So they are paying customers as well, why sir? Because of your interest, those people have to suffer?

just because you and your friends do not play or watch basketball, it doesn't mean that we don't. 10% is just a number that you assume, I know many who doesn't watch the BPL but claims to be Man Utd, Chelsea, Liverpool supporters, so what is the exact BPL viewers' market share among Malaysians?

I'm born Malaysian, I live in Malaysia as well as I grow up in Malaysia.

If ESPN were to only broadcast football, it would be demeaning. After all, they are the leaders in sports. In fact, being a NZ graduate, I'm disappointed by the fact that they would rather put on an overly replayed football match rather than a rugby match.

Why argue ? We all knows Football is the most famous sports in Malaysia.

it's not even damn wrong for others to watch other sports besides football. I do love to watch NBA, NFL, F1, Tennis, Baseball, and even Golf at times.

oi, i'm also oversea graduate la. but luckily i studied in the land of BPL.. funny although cricket is also one of british sport, no one give a damn while i was studying there.. and also, i hardly see any rugby match, not only on Asian ESPN,but also US ESPN... if you have US ESPN, you could see US soccer (not american football) had growth tremendously in recent years, especially in this year for the World cup.

Simple case of supply and demand really. ESPN chooses to broadcast what the masses want. I'm not a b-ball fanatic, but from I know, NBA matches are usually played early in the morning in Malaysia, somewhere around 7-8am? I can only assume that ppl who actually follow the sport would be either in school, work or stuck in traffic.
