i have 3 unit's Cisco ASA 5505 has detain by custom is for commercial use. (declared RM6000 )

the courier services ask to apply SIRIM permit to clear the package while SIRIM ask me to apply an E-ID for commercial permit...wth..

any advice for my case ? how much i going to be charge ?
