I am confused between SIRIM and ST.

Is there any specific items in general category or something. So that we able to know what item should get ST, SIRIM or both in general?

Power Bank for smart phone usage while on the go, will need both? Or sirim? or dont need?

Somehow, if for commercial in importing like what you said . Do we need to paste the SIRIM sticker on every devices when we import?
