Hi guys, I ordered iPad from Amazon US, carrier is Aramex, now the item is stuck at custom. I sent the required documents to SIRIM including payment. But now I received two emails as attached. How do I login without any ID or password? What does it mean to send sample for testing? What's the sample they need?

Please help.
