For you price range, the gpu ranking would be
HD5850 > HD5730 > HD5650 = GT335M > HD4670 > GT330M > HD5470 > HD5450/HD5430 |

It is ranked based on performance
Well, starting from HD5650 and above, the DX11 might turn out well/usable... This post has been edited by lee_what2004: Jun 23 2010, 10:29 PM |

Toshiba L645-1004U, i3-330M + GMA HD, freeDOS@RM2000 MSI CR420X, i3 330M, FreeDos@RM1999 Compaq CQ42-188TX, i3 330M + ATi HD5430@RM2049 Acer 4741G, i3 330M + Nvidia 310M@RM2199 QUOTE(tonyvyp @ Jun 23 2010, 11:53 PM) oh yea, i hav a question bout the dell warranty, is it international?? You need to extend the warranty to 3 years for it to be international..well, i am studying at australia now, & the price if i buy from malaysia is much cheaper compared to buy from here... & my frend told me tat xps laptops gets very hot (at a much faster rate compared to others) while playing high requirement games...isit true?? The Dell XPS 16 is quite hot on the touchpad area, but its not the heat from gpu/cpu but from the southbridge... This post has been edited by lee_what2004: Jun 23 2010, 11:58 PM |

That means you bought A42Jk, not A42Jr...
HD5470 vs HD5145 is almost similar, just that HD5145 don't have DX11... |
