Property loan amount: 346k
Property location: Johor Bahru
Property description: sub-sales, free-hold, full settlement already by ex-owner

What is the estimate fee for loan and SPA legal fee including stamp duty ?

They have calculators for the estimations you need.

that site calculations might be too 'optimistic', as my lawyer quote me for the SPA fee is rm12250 which already discount but is still big different with the site estimation fee which not even been discounted

do u mean that your lawyer is charging much more expensive than what is quoted by the website?

that site estimate rm11412 (not yet discount), but my lawyer quote rm12250 (already discount) for SPA.

try other online loan calculator, usually these calculation are standard, just fear your lawyer might overcharge you

you can also as your property agent (if he didn't refer you to lawyer) to help you calculate

if anyone can quote some real life SPA fee as reference would be better.

For S&P lawyer, if you are not happy with their fee you can change lawyer. Try to ask around different law firm for quotation.

But for bank lawyer, you need to use their panel lawyer.
