Stupid la. I just sent my PE for 1k service. The guy quoted me RM234 for normal service stuff like oil change, oil filter, screenwash etc. -.- Did in puchong branch btw.

Complete with installation is RM 140...

Mechanics punch the whole between the frame (if you can see the frame between the two rotor)...
Hard to explain.... it did not break the structure of the disc rotor actually

- ok this seems to be on random with B line owners. i am one of the b line owners here. i got this problem also that time. well, it is the stupid drum design fault. believe it or not. i was with the mech solving it at the SC whole morning. the problem lays with the one portion of the backing plate acting as a slider pad for the drum brake pads to slide on and apparently has bumps an grooves on it. so it makes the operation noisy. i asked them to modify it but it seems impossible due to the design of the bumps and grooves. u just have to live with it. it is either u upgrade to disc brakes at the rear at the same time if u do so, u need to replace the master pump to either gen2 1.6 or persona 1.6 (H Line) master pump because the current master pump in b line and m line is using 1.3 pumps.

OR

send to a knowledgeable workshop to mod the backing plate by grinding off the grooves / bumps at the sliding pad area and reweld a flat smooth plate on it. that will do the trick. i didn't do mine yet.

try going further up the mileage and observe. it should change for the better. 

how it was solved? kindly share with us here.

oic thanks for sharing. cuz the other time i spend my time with the mech.... we noted the bumps on the sliding pad on the backing plate area..... so i suggested why not they flatted it out by means of grinding or hammering... told me cannot  so... since they said so.... then i just let it be.

if that is the case.... i see la how.... mb i do mind when it gets worst.

im suspecting u turn off engine directly after hard running. issit ok since most not encourage to do so?..let the engine idle a few sec..

btw, im intend to go SC tomorrow for 35,000km, what estimated cost will damage my wallet?

its good using 15w50 elf? quite high viscosity i think but using it from 1st since

i encountered before, the fan ran for 10 minutes after i switch off the engine. that time i park my car under very hot sun.

1) Voltage Stablilzer x 2 unit
2) Custom grounding  3 point
3) UTR stainless steel Air filter

just bring out our car hidden power. make it more smooth and torque abit
