Actually, what they say is right. Vios is quite small when two ppl with a normal Asian man body size sitting side by side in the front sit. Our shoulder is quite near to each other. But our persona still have some shoulder distance...

actually we can say.... saga is same class with vios.. and persona same with toyota altis.. i try toyota altis 1.6 and compare with persona.. overall persona is better... but altis rear seat is much more better then persona.. persona rear seat too straight already

Yo... Drived my PE H-line home finally!

(THIS IS AN UPDATED ON THE CAR PERFORMANCE TEST BETWEEN VIOS AND PERSONA ELEGANCE)

after all the arguing with my friend who has the best performance car, today we have the result:

first we have the acceleration test.
no doubt that persona has a weak power below 3k rpm. the new vios is no where a head of persona when we started from knot. we when neck to neck until persona reached 3k, the power kicks in, and from there on the persona is leading vios with a few hundred cm distance difference. and all the way we go...

second, top speed...
with just leading vios a bit, both of our car continue on reaching our max speed. we when on and on until our speed reaches 175km/h, persona started to pick up, leading the vios cm by cm... when the persona reaches 190km/h, the poor vios is clearly at the back of the persona.

my friend had a wet hand when he came down from his vios, and swear that he will not do top speed on that car again. he claim that it is not stable and felt very light on the car driving at that high speed.

Persona is not that bad at all... affordable, good performance car... nothing more to complain...

my question:
did the 32 bit ECU helped improve the persona's performance?
or the vios driver is lousy driver?

this question will remain un-answer, coz the vios driver had swear not to test car again

u really went to head-to-head with ur friend..    As i'm not worried about u and ur persona, at least have some worries on your friend with his vios. If u tested at MEX, the road there are bumpy, the rear torsion beam will caused the vios car's rear wheels to lose traction from the road and... kadaboom 

I know u dont wanna lose after all the baseless bashing by him, but kesian your friend safety also lulz

Will share the photo later on when I'm free. Did some checking yesterday when collected the car, found out that one of the screw at door handle of front passenger seat is missing. The salesman took out another screw from the rest of Persona and replaced for me. Besides, the left & right back doors are a bit difficult to close with smooth compare to 2 front doors. I asked the salesman, he said is like that, even his own Persona having same problem as mine. No doubt, I double checked my fren new Persona as well, YES, it same, my fren's back doors also hard to close with smooth. Overall, the back doors need to close a bit harder compare to front doors. Do you guys having the same problem too? On the others hand, can you guys check the front passenger seat there, somewhere under the drawer there, do you see the hole with some wires inside without any cover? Is that normal? I checked my fren's car, YES, same, no cover on that part! Hope you guys can clarify on this.

Conclusion, overall i quite satisfy with the new PE H-Line. Will monitor futher see what will happen on next. Keep you guys posted.
