 Lawyer fees, Any lawyer here??

Buying a house of rm240k, i was quoted a total cost of rm5400 for s&p (half between the buyer and the vendor) and all those miscellaneous fees. Is this price reasonable?

Loan documentation (without title and based on loan of RM240,00), Deed of Assignment, Facility agreement, Charge in escrow, Power of Attorney plus stamp and registration fee...which is memorandum of transfer here?

50% Stamp duty discount for first home buyer only for property below 200k only...

your lawyer fee is DAMN high.... unless it covers your loan's lawyer fee...

my house loan is rm295k and S&P is bear by the developer.
but then, i'm paying around 4.2k for the stamp duty+misc fees+etc.

my loan is RM218k, s& p bear by developer
lawyer firm charge RM3850 for all those kili karak wink.gif
