I need help.I am Malaysian and has a small business in Bangkok.Last week i was in Puchong and was interesting to buy house there.But the problem is for the loan application what is the requirement document do i need to summit to the bank since all my income and business registration was in Thai,do i need to translate all the document to English.Anybody can help me?Thanks in advance!

business in bangkok means no need to do income tax in malaysia lo ?
aiks.. bank statement on monthly income would be able to help tho  i guess there is no need for the business doc .. since applying for loan, just need to show them u are able to pay for the monthly installment / u have a good habit in saving $$$... |
