Dear Brother WeiLeongz,
As per our meeting the first time bro, PP material can bend and flex in such a way it accomodates slight bumps and impacts. The crack you have there is definately from some impact that was hard. When we installed the bodykit for you bro, the bumper and everything was fitting perfectly fine and nothing was wrong. Our warranty covers our installation and fitting of the product and also paint job for 3 years. However that does not mean that if you meet with any accident for 3 years we cover everything. If like that every shop also bungkus la bro. You already have gotten your spoiler resprayed on this matter to your liking and we even let you use our spoiler first while we respray a brand new one for you. Thats how far we can go for service wise. But for this case bro, I hope you can understand the our warranty does not cover impacts. We released the car to you all perfect bro. you were super happy with the fitting. Therefore please understand on our ground as well as we cannot claim warranty for customer inflicted damages. Its not fair to us. However, I am please to say that we will gladly request you bring it back for us to have a look at it. Please note that we will be closed untill 9/2/2011 for CNY. I will arrange for you to meet us on the 9/2/2011 itself. This statement is to ensure other buyers out there we take our bodykit business and our customer satisfaction seriously. We will do our best to help but help us as well by claiming whats right only. Thank you nevertheless for the continuos support guys |

Dear WeiLeong,
I believe I have offered you what no other shop can offer you. I dont think no shop will even give warranty for their installation and fitting at all let alone release it for 3 years. I would appreciate a little better understanding after all the effort we have given in trying to please you. I have done over 30 since September 2010 and none have complained the way you did. Yet we still prevailed in entertaining, so i hope that you would rejustify your statement. I think your statement in knowing what "PP" means is a generalization. If you can find any material different from my material in which is PP i will prepare to give you a rear free of charge. Again, we can only assure our installation. How a customer drives and rough up the car we cannot control and cannot provide warranty for. Find me a shop that does provide warranty for accidents. I dont think there even is one thats doing what we do which is 3 years for the installation and fitting warranty. If your bumper does not fit nicely or drops down and the screws come lose, we will change it free! in which has never happen yet. However if they crack and break due to customers driving how can we warranty that? I have sms evidence that you tried to first claim you side skirt by telling me it broke just like that. Then after coming to the shop only you mentioned that you hit some bump slightly. How can we warranty that? Then now your rear skirt crack suddenly again? When I released the car to you, you were so happy and we even replaced the entire spoiler for you because we honour our word in paint warranty. So I hope you dont try to diss my business here bro. We have tried to fix your car up in the BEST way possible. But we cannot condone how a customer drives. No hard feelings. We can still take a look at your car but ultimately its your car. I need to ensure I clear the air and all myself instead of getting my other customers to just post up good comments here to cover yours. I believe in our service and Honda Malaysia Sdn Bhd does so too. They send their car to us for a reason bro. I believe quality speaks for itself. Good Luck in your future undertakings. Happy New Year. Thank you very much for your support. |

QUOTE(navydagreat @ Feb 5 2011, 06:34 PM) Pm Replied my dear brother Added on February 7, 2011, 11:30 am QUOTE(IlDivinCodino @ Feb 6 2011, 11:47 PM) thanks bro. I have already chose to be polite and nice several times. he left me with no choice as he decided to sabo me like this. No point though, quality speaks for itself. Surely the civic brothers understand that first and foremostly ps u and i need to meet up Added on February 7, 2011, 11:37 am QUOTE(ZeroSP @ Feb 7 2011, 12:24 AM) Can I ask... If only front skirt for Mugen RR? The foglight is projector type right? Any issues so far? Hi there brother ZeroSP,Well the answer to your question is firstly the front of the Mugen RR is not a skirt bro. Its a completely different front bumper with grill and foglight. So that means the existing bumper, grill and foglight will be removed. The wiring behind remains untouched as our foglight is designed to function with the same wiring which basically means "plug and play". The foglight is the projector type, so your right there bro. Well to be honest, the only issues with the foglight is that if your running the normal lights, the placement can be a bit off. This can easily be fixed by simply turning over the bulp inside. For a better spray radius bro of course most of my customers change to HID lights. Well then its a marvel to look at and very nice but you will occasionally get the flash from people with senstitive eyes Interested in getting RR then bro? QUOTE(ZeroSP @ Feb 7 2011, 03:46 PM) Thanks for the clear explanation... Currently my fog light is HID 4300K... So I wonder if I got the RR front, can the HID fit into the projector light... I interested mainly I think projector do better, as stock foglight angle also a bit to the side... well bro the main difference here is the size of the bulb. Some sizes are H3 or H4 and the projector for RR is H7 if I am not mistaken. I have already done a lot of HID fitting into projector with no problems but those were new HID they bought bro. For reusing I am just scared it wont fit. but we can always try bro |

Sorry bro but the bonnet we carry are only the CF look. I don't recommend u go for those other material bonnets bro. Either stick with Ur original one or change to CF. The others they will need to take he bonnet and cut the side etc to modify. If not also they give u fiber which will shake and wabble at high speed. So yea bro
