Got two basis why it's Indonesian.
1) Gamelan itself is widely being used as musical instruments in Indonesia. Rarely being used in Malaysia except maybe during graduation ceremonies in universities.
2) The way it's being pronounced. It shows there as ガムラン (gamuran) not ガメラン (gameran). Malaysians are the ones saying 'gamelan' as 'gah-may-lan' while Indonesians called it 'gah-mer-lan'.
