The FA-002 actually does look rather interesting, especially after the earpads are removed and you can see the grill covering the driver.. sort of reminds me of... Hmm..... Sennheiser.

I was inform both are exactly the same, except for the open and closed characteristic. I have not actually heard of both. Sample units are not here yet. I will dorp you a PM when both reaches me so you could try it if you plan to.
