But it looks like Casa 3 isn't really that superior as Casa 1 & 2 from the picture, so I will be very happy with RM300psf. smile.gif

Casa 1 for instance, I do not like the main entrance and the road leading to the condo. very narrow with all the cars parked illegally there.

just depend on the developer how to catagorize this project, if same standard like casa 1,2 and ken 1,3...the price i guess is start from 350/sqf...

I read somewhere on the net says that the unit sizes is between 1100-1200, do not know how true this is, with RM350psf that is at least RM400k up.

Everyday I pass by the plc but never knew tat they r building a condo there, no wonder they were dismantling the walls along LDP right beside Tropicana office building... The plc is already dam packed + tis... sweat.gif

For the sake of being exclusive! The entire area's name starts with Tropic........

Anyway, CD 3 is not meant to be, instead a hotel building should be standing on that site.

RM350 psqft? You must be joking! In Damansara Perdana is already around RM600 psqft for the new Empire condos. I think it will be priced similarly. Most likely around the RM600-RM650 psqft range.

Malaysia's O&C Resources Plans To Buy Land From Tropicana City

KUALA LUMPUR (Nov 07) -- Malaysian property developer O&C Resources Berhad (listed arm of OCR Holdings) said Tuesday it plans to buy freehold land measuring 4,101 square metres together with an incomplete building structure on the said land for 24.59 million ringgit ($5.82 million) from Tropicana City.

The purchase of the land will benefit the group in the long term as it will enable the company to diversify its business operation into property development, the company said in an exchange filing. The locality of the land also offers good capital appreciation potential, it added.

By the time people move in, the Lagenda Properties office tower should be ready too and that’s good news for the mall. And even before these happen, Miyu residents would have moved in. Overall lots of positive changes for the area.

By the time people move in, the Lagenda Properties office tower should be ready too and that’s good news for the mall. And even before these happen, Miyu residents would have moved in. Overall lots of positive changes for the area.

Went to view the developer released units couple of weeks ago. The location is very attractive albeit the traffic access point is a bummer, u turn & u turn to get in and out. Next door 3 Damansara is a let down so if proceed, will need to bet on CLMT could revive the mall traffic. Saw the crowd at NSK on a weekday afternoon which looks encouraging but GSC had moved out with the place turn into some kind of performance arena. They offer extra rebate for the released units which has less desirable facing direction or views.
Still contemplating if to pick up the 2 room units (all studio or 1 room sold out), but wonder if there is any catch for the so called developer released units. I mean, is it normal for developer to hold back units and later release with extra rebates.
Recent checking of this developer with a friend and found out they also held back units at Boulevard Residences which was completed almost 10 years ago for rental. A colleague of my friend so happen is renting one of those developer units.

Going to be VP soon is also one attraction to me, as it means savings on progressive interest. Very tempted but still pondering if I should be concern with the so called developer released units other than not so ideal facing view.
