its juz waste of ur time ... there are 14months left , why so desperate . Give them 1-2months time to get it done, why u want make ur life difficult . i sent 2-3email to spam HP , and they replied me that it will be done in 1-2months time . and nw its done...

pls include ur netbook serial no. , ur name , home add. , phone no. for streamyx , product code and relevant info that they need

dont make urself look like fool as if ur the only application that ppl need to process. give ppl sometime and if after 1-2months later still the same , no change for the warranty period , then only go complaint.u left 14months for ur warranty and why so nervous as if ur warranty period is going to expired next week ?

even u complain , do u knw how to complain thru proper channel so that ppl entertain and handle ur complaint ? who are u going to complaint ? TM or Hp ? think rationally using ur brain

u will only make urself heart attack if u keep on complaining ppl without use ur brain to think.Please use proper english so that ppl understand wat u want.

Cool unipack netbook come with default 1year n 2months warranty . the other 42p package come with 1yr only....

do u mind share with us the email u sent ? i guess ur email muz be misunderstood by HP

juz politely tell them that ur netbook should be 2years warranty . Pls provide them ur fixed line no. , all relevant info and thats it

its the same as ur streamyx login id and password

4096kbps divide by 8 = +-512kb/s

should be around 450-500kb/s

access ur modem page and check ur upstream and downstream

subscribed 384kbps and get capped at 2048kbps last time

that's why u have been charged for fixed line rental. It is advisable to get ur streamyx and fixed line under the same name.

btw , streamyx sent me a "notis tuntutan" for an amount that they have wrongly charged me eventhru i have reported to them 1-2months ago for my previous streamyx acc. before i subscribed for CoolUnipack ..

yes , there is no TnC stated but their system never bother to check . The system will bill the fixed line rental under ur dad name and bill u under coolunipack . the system don't knw that Coolunipack included fixed line rental bcoz the fixed line is under ur dad name .

so at the end , the system will add it up Rm25 for ur dad and ur coolunipack Rm68(example) and send the bill to u

after 24months , there might be another new package for streamyx ...and at that time , probably I7 processor for netbook d...no more atom processor. so why are u so worry about things after 2years ?

it depend on luck. i get 50% disc. eventhru my netbook came after 1week...

my 1mbps fee is pro-rated but still , they discount 50% based on Rm68 ... guess their maths are failed...

pro-rated fee = RM48, Disc. 50%=RM68x50%=Rm34 ...they deducted extra RM10 for me....

after 24months of the contract , the price will be the same as per u subscribed not sure if its good news , since 1mbps will be outdated after 2years...
