But your current Streamyx Cool Uni Pack are still in 2 years contract, if you change your current subscription, RM600 will be bill to you as penalty charge. That's already stated in the FAQ, you are only allow to change the subscription after the next 24 months

I have a question here, the homeline is included, but why I still hear ppl say we need to use iTalk to make call, is that mean we cannot use the included homeline to make phone calls? rclxub.gif

iTalk for prepaid homeline user.

When u apply ur phone line, u can choose either postpaid or prepaid
*
ooooo ok, but since the homeline is included, why they still choose prepaid? is the calling rate is different between the two?

from my experience, prepaid mostly used by students coz when they have a phone line in home, others simply cannot use it to make a call.

simply said, who want to use just buy the prepaid card  laugh.gif
*
True and good point ! laugh.gif
I tried to google tm postpaid vs prepaid but can't get, i'm trying to understand what's the real differences between the too particulary the call rates, usually i just lazy to find out about all this rate thing blah blah, but since now i plan to get new homeline, so i have no choice need to understand it

As long as the home line is attached with Cool Uni Pack, rental fees will be waived off.

Just called HP... they didn't have my record yet sad.gif
*
How do you attach homeline with cool uni pack to get waived the rm26? currently i already have both homeline(under dad name) and standard streamyx(under my name), and plan to switch to uni pack, what is your advice ? migrate? or cancel everything and re-sign up?

will streamyx auto attach and auto waived rm26, if i just migrate from standard streamyx to uni pack without cancelling?

im getting more confused now rclxub.gif

Yes i will be waived. You can call 100 to comfirmed again. I went to tmpoint and call 100 to comfirmed it.
*
I will be AUTO waived once i migrated my standard streamyx to cool uni pack without cancel my dad homeline? is this correct?

i dont trust the ppls there by calling 100, they always gives me an inconsistent answers, i have experience with them many times already, one person said yes, another person said no, I have a sense that they always simply give an answer when they didn't know the real answer in hoping the phone conversation can be terminate flex.gif
